First m2d2 will take place in Dusseldorf, 23th February 2010 at Ideenfabrik, Platz der Ideen 1 (at Grey GmbH), Düsseldorf

MobileMonday Germany has ventured into a new event-format. As globally renowned thought-leaders of the Mobile Internet development we know this to be the time to address You, the Mobile developer community, with our brand new format, which is aimed to go well beyond our regular meetings.

MobileMonday Developer Days will provide you with a full day of exchange and brand-new solutions, a day of hands-on workshops and labs, all designed around a ‚barcamp‘-like situation. And this means: Our M2D2 is not only aimed at the developer community – it’s your own baby. It all depends on you: on your contributions, your pressing questions and your experience and expertise. In other words: It’s up to no other but You to make m2d2 a success.

As all MobileMonday affairs m2d2 will be strictly a grassroots event: No paid for keynotes but presentations of your works (past and in progress), no product-pitches, but solutions and ideas you want to share with the community, no sales-folders, but insights you can work with and rely on. All contributions are appropriate as long as they are useful to your fellow developers.

First in a prospective series of events that will travel around the country will be our own Android Developer Day in Dusseldorf on February 23rd. And hence it will be about all things Android – not only the apps, but also the OS and the hardware. If you are working in any of these fields, you are more than welcome to contribute: You can propose a presentation, invite to a workshop or just rise a subject for a barcamp roundtable discussion.

But first of all make sure to join us and don’t miss the ever first m2d2.

You can register here, now!

Don’t wait, since capacity in the known location of Grey’s ‚Ideenfabrik‘ in Dusseldorf is limited, as you might already know. And we can’t wait to see you at m2d2!
